Welcome to Hendred Village Store Online

Our website allows you to shop with us online from the convenience of your home or office and have your order delivered free of charge the same day to locations in East or West Hendred only (for orders placed by 12.30pm and at least £10.00 in value - (Orders placed after this time may not be delivered the same day) or at a time convenient to you.

On this website you will find most of the items available in the shop along with information about the various services we offer. Please note that we are unable to deliver to locations outside of these two villages but you may order and collect if you live outside of this area.

Shop with us Online

You can pay for your order securely online by credit or debit card or, if you have an account with us, have your order simply added to your account. We will also accept cash on delivery/collection. When ordering goods online your basket total will show on the top left next to our delivery bike. To view your basket just click on this amount shown to the right of the bike.

Village Classifieds

You will also find our online version of the Shop Noticeboard where you can both advertise items for sale or wanted as well as post details of any services you may offer totally free of charge.

The Post Office

We are one of a few village shops that can offer Post Office facilities. Please visit our Post Office page for more information.

The Team
Hendred Stores is run by Louise and Martin Johnson, the proprietors since February 2009, supported by a fantastic team of staff, working both behind the counter and in the kitchen.
Staffing varies from day to day but the team includes Lynne and Jackie on Mondays and Fridays, Cathy on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Sam on Saturdays.
If you get your papers delivered then this is done by Cyril, Joe, Chyavan and Ollie.
